SAFETY
The safety of our guests is our top priority. Here are some details:
- Fire – Our house has smoke detectors in every room, which are networked together, as well as a central fire alarm system in which all fire alarms are processed.
- Escape routes – Please make yourself familiar with the escape routes during your stay in our house. You will find the respective escape routes at your room door as well as for all common rooms in the entrance area.
- Lift – In case of a fire, please do not use the elevator, instead leave the building as described in the escape route plan.
- Emergencies – Please report general emergency situations directly via the emergency telephone numbers of the police (phone no. 0-110) or fire brigade (phone no. 0-112). If you have urgent internal hotel matters outside the reception hours, the managing director (Mr Rapp; phone no. +49 (0) 172 - 2 01 50 40) or the house keeper (Mrs Spitz; phone no. +49 (0) 157 - 71 46 36 57) are available for you.
- Coronavirus – In spite of the Corona pandemic, we want you to feel comfortable and safe in our hotel during your stay. The health of our guests and employees is our highest priority, which is why we ask you to observe the following rules:
- Infection control – Please always wear a protective mask outside of your room in our hotel and also keep a safe distance from other guests.
- Hygiene – Please wash your hands thoroughly after entering the room, but also before leaving your room. We can only master this crisis if we are all very careful with each other. With consideration!
- Since March 2020, we have revised our cleaning procedures in the hotel and adapted them to the current situation:
- Room cleaning – Our house keepers always wear disposable gloves during their cleaning work, which are replaced after each hotel room. Furthermore, a surface disinfection is carried out every time the hotel room is cleaned. This applies in particular to door handles, light switches, TV remote controls, telephones, etc.
- Cleaning agents – Cleaning textiles such as wipes and rags are changed after each hotel room and cleaned at 95°C.
- Breakfast – In order to comply with the regulations for protection against new infections with the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, we have increased the distances between the tables in the breakfast room to 1.5 metres. If you would prefer a packed lunch instead of staying in the breakfast room, please let us know at check-in; then we will prepare the packed lunch for you individually.
- Departure – We would like to ask you to open the window of your hotel room before you leave. Thank you!
Please also pay attention to the instructions and guidelines of the staff.
